Der Tenor Severin Böhm, geboren 1991 in Zwickau, lebt in Leipzig. Er nahm Schauspielunterricht in Montreal und arbeitete dort als Sänger in diversen Bühnen-Produktionen. Anschließend absolvierte er ein Studium der Fachrichtung Gesang/Musiktheater bei Christina Wartenberg an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater „Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy“ in Leipzig. Seitdem arbeitete er bei Oratorienprojekten als Solist mit verschiedenen Chören zusammen, so u.a. dem Universitätschor Halle, dem Schweriner Vocalensemble oder dem Johann Rosenmüller Ensemble, außerdem mit Orchestern wie der Staatskapelle Schwerin, der Jenaer Philharmonie, dem Orchester Collegium für Alte Musik Vorpommern und weiteren, sowie diversen Kantoreien deutschlandweit. Im Rahmen der Studioproduktionen der Musikhochschule spielte er den Ola Pang im Turandot.Kommentar. An der Seite von Franz Grundheber sang er im Konzert die Tenorpartie in der Böhmischen Hirtenmesse von J. J. Ryba. Konzertreisen führten ihn u.a. nach Paris, wo er in der „La Madeleine“ den Tenorpart im Requiem von W.A. Mozart übernahm.

Zu seinem Repertoire zählen u.a. Werke wie die Petite Messe solennelle von G. Rossini, die Johannespassion, die Messe in h-Moll, das Weihnachtsoratorium, sowie diverse Kantaten J.S. Bachs, Semele, Saul und Messias von G.F. Händel, das Requiem und die Krönungsmesse von W.A. Mozart, das Oratorio de Noël von C.C. Saint-Saëns, der Elias von F. Mendelssohn-Bartholdy und die G-Dur Messe von F. Schubert. Im Jahr 2020 mimte Severin Böhm im Sommertheater der Comödie Dresden Lucas Beineke in The Addams Family, im Juni 2023 den Prinzen in einer Kinderfassung von E. Humperdincks Dornröschen auf Schloss Hartenfels in Torgau und seit Ende September auch Belmonte in Die Entführung, einer Version von Mozarts Die Entführung aus dem Serail, in der Taschenoper Lübeck.

The Tenor Severin Boehm, born in 1991 in Zwickau. He took acting lessons in Montreal and worked there as a singer in various stage productions. He then studied voice/musical theater with ChristinaWartenberg at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" in Leipzig. Since then, he has worked as a soloist on oratorio projects with various choirs, including the University Choir Halle, the Schwerin Vocal Ensemble and the Johann Rosenmüller Ensemble, as well as with orchestras such as the Staatskapelle Schwerin, the Jena Philharmonic Orchestra, the Collegium für Alte Musik Vorpommern and others, along with various choirs throughout Germany. In the context of the studio productions of the Musikhochschule he played Ola Pang in Turandot.Kommentar. He sang the tenor part in concert alongside Franz Grundheber in the Czech Christmas Mass by J. J. Ryba. Among other places, concert tours have taken him to Paris, where he sang the tenor part in the Requiem by W.A. Mozart in "La Madeleine".

Mendelssohn-Bartholdy and the Mass No.2 in G major by F.Schubert. In 2020, Severin Böhm played Lucas Beineke in The Addams Family in the summer theater of the Comödie Dresden, in June 2023 the Prince in a children's version of E. Humperdinck's Sleeping Beauty at Hartenfels Castle in Torgau and since the end of September also Belmonte in Die Entführung, a version of Mozart's Die Entführung aus dem Serail, at the Taschenoper Lübeck. He currently resides in Leipzig.
